📦 I lost my messages or media. What can I do?

Evegram stores your data locally. If you uninstalled the app without a backup, your data may not be recoverable. We recommend enabling regular backups in the app’s settings.

🔔 I'm not receiving notifications. How can I fix this?

Please make sure notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Evegram > Notificationsand ensure they are turned on. Also, check that Do Not Disturb mode is disabled.
