At Evegram Inc., your privacy is our absolute priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, protect, and share your information when you use the Evegram Messenger mobile application, our desktop version, and our integrated digital services (collectively referred to as "our Sites").
We recommend reading this policy in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Use. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described herein.

While you're using the Evegram mobile application (including the desktop version) ('App'), visiting our websites and microsites (such as Evegram.org), or engaging with our digital products and services (like our contests or surveys) (collectively referred to as 'our Sites' in this Privacy Policy), we gather certain information about you. Furthermore, you have the option to utilize the App or Sites to exchange information with other Evegram members, including your friends and contacts ('Users'). Occasionally, we may also need to disclose your information.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To provide a seamless "Super-App" experience, we collect the following categories of information:

A. Registration Information (Provided by You)

When you create an Account, we collect:

  • Identity: Name, Username, Date of Birth.

  • Contacts: Email address, Mobile number.

  • Profile Details: Photographs, Sexual preference (optional, for social discovery).

  • Social Integration: Login information for third-party accounts you connect (e.g., Facebook, Google).

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Data: IP address, device type, hardware model, and operating system.

  • Usage Patterns: Log files, interaction history with features, and performance diagnostics.

C. Advanced Feature Data (Service Specific)

  • Real-Time Location: Necessary for "Near to Me," Taxi hailing, Hotel discovery, and local search services.

  • Financial Data: Transaction history and payment methods for the Integrated Wallet.

  • Social Content: Messages, stories, and media uploaded to the platform.



3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Evegram Messenger processes your data for the following purposes:

  • Core Services: To manage your account and facilitate chats, calls, and networking.

  • Lifestyle Services: To enable Taxi bookings, Hotel reservations, and "Near to Me" discovery.

  • Financial Services: To process secure payments via the Evegram Wallet.

  • Personalization: To tailor content and recommendations based on your preferences.

  • Support & Security: To provide customer assistance and ensure legal compliance.


4. DATA STORAGE AND "CLEAN-UP" POLICY (DATA PRUNING)

To ensure server efficiency and enhance user privacy, Evegram Inc. implements a strict data pruning policy:

Deletion of Dated Files: Photographs, videos, and other shared files will be permanently deleted from our servers within 1 to 30 days. This process is automated to free up space and ensure that your private media is not stored indefinitely.


5. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

Evegram Inc. does not sell your personal information to third parties. Sharing occurs only under the following circumstances:

  • Trusted Partners: Service providers who assist in delivering Taxi, Hotel, and Payment services.

  • User Interactions: Sharing information with friends or contacts as initiated by you (e.g., location sharing).

  • Legal Necessity: When required by law, regulation, or to protect the safety of our users and the platform.


6. AGE RESTRICTIONS & PARENTAL CONSENT

  • Users under 13: May use the platform for chatting and posting stories only with verified parental consent.

  • Commercial Use: To sell products or services (E-commerce) on the platform, users must be at least 16 or 18 years old, depending on local regulations and identity verification (KYC).


7. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Content that violates local or international laws.

  • Promoting violence, harassment, discrimination, or harmful activities.

  • Unauthorized commercial solicitation or spam. Evegram Inc. reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these community standards.


8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS (eTrust Compliance)

You have full control over your data:

  • Access & Correction: Update your profile and data at any time via settings.

  • Deletion: You may request the total deletion of your account and associated data.

  • Privacy Controls: You can enable or disable location services and marketing notifications at your discretion.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Evegram Inc. may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features or legal changes. We will notify you of significant updates through a system message within Evegram Messenger.
