Account Deletion Request - Evegram

If you wish to delete your Evegram account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Submit a Deletion Request

You can request account deletion by sending an email to our dedicated address:

In the subject line of the email, please use the following title:
"Evegram Account Deletion Request"

2. Required Information

To process your request, please include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Full Name associated with your account.
  • Email Address used to register on Evegram.
  • User ID (if available).
  • A clear statement requesting the deletion of your account and personal data.
    Example:
    "I hereby request the deletion of my Evegram account and all associated personal data. I confirm that this request is made according to my own will."

3. Deletion Confirmation

Once we receive your email, we will process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.

4. Data Retention

In some cases, there may be legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain certain data for a specific period. Such data will be retained in accordance with applicable laws and securely deleted afterward.
