🗑️ Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Evegram account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below. We take your privacy seriously and will process your request in compliance with our data protection standards.

1. Submit a Deletion Request​

You can request account deletion by sending an email to our dedicated administrative address:

Subject Line: Please use the following title to ensure priority processing: Evegram Account Deletion Request

2. Required Information​

To process your request efficiently, please include the following details in the body of your email:

  • Full Name associated with your account.
  • Email Address used to register on Evegram.
  • User ID (if available).
  • Deletion Statement: A clear statement requesting the removal of your data.

Example Statement: "I hereby request the permanent deletion of my Evegram account and all associated personal data. I confirm that this request is made of my own free will."

3. Deletion Timeline & Confirmation​

Once we receive your email, we will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion has been successfully completed.

4. Data Retention​

Please note that in specific cases, there may be legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain certain data for a specific period (such as transaction records on the blockchain). Such data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and securely archived or deleted afterward.
